At Vivien Cloud, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, which in our case is cash on delivery. The refund will be arranged accordingly through our customer support team.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as personal wearables (for hygiene reasons) and items sold as final sale, may not be eligible for return or refund.
