Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, which in our case is cash on delivery. The refund will be arranged accordingly through our customer support team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personal wearables (for hygiene reasons) and items sold as final sale, may not be eligible for return or refund.
